![]() ![]() But for this company, I will make an exception. If I feel wronged by a company, I generally express my displeasure by simply taking my money elsewhere. I generally stay away from these sorts of things. Sometimes it is an indicator that the company is about to go under Strange decisions in closing an account who is a regular customer are red flags. I do not use them for a wallet so I did not have this problem when they closed my account But because they are not willing to even discuss the problem with me I have to give him a low rating and I'm very suspicious of this recent activity as a company. This actually can be very dangerous because if you create an account with coin flip to store funds they can actually close your account and your funds are lost. If I did something wrong you would think that they would provide information but they absolutely provide nothing. I spoke with the manager about it and he said the same thing. They told me to to read their terms and conditions which I did but I don't see where I did anything wrong and they won't provide any information. But for some reason they say they can't give me the reason why, nor do they have the information. I called coin flip to ask why the account was closed. So this was truly a strange text message. I use coin flip so often that they actually gave me a small discount on their fees. I typically would just put cash in the machine and transfer the funds to my Exodus account which is my main account I use for digital investing. Today I get a text message from them saying they're closing my account. They are very convenient and the customer service was very good. I've been using coin flip for a couple years. They can close your account for no reason In summary Coinflip has the lowest fees around and has great customer service. I was helped by a very intelligent and pleasantly helpful man named Logan. As I was driving away I called them to inquire as to the rules of these machines etc…. 2 days later I used another machine which I found very user friendly and had all the fees listed transparently. After emailing and calling I have been blown off. They charged me an amount that turned out to be 15% of my deposit and their bitcoin price was 7k higher than market. The amount I was suppose to receive and the price in which they charged for the BTC. After looking at the amount of BTC I realized two things were very off …. I made the deposit and received an emailed receipt. I usually buy my BTC from the exchanges and every once and a while I would utilize the convenience of this ATM by Bitcoin of America. I recently had to deposit a large amount of cash in a BTC ATM located in the BP on the corner of Washington and Ogden in Naperville IL.
